October 26, 2009, Golden Dragon Bus WVTA Certificate Awarding Ceremony was held in Xiamen Golden Dragon Bus Co., Ltd. As the first China bus producer acquiring WVTA of EU, Golden Dragon bus gained the passport to export to any EU member states, which is a memorable milestone in China bus history. This certificate reflects that Golden Dragon bus is qualified to design and produce the best products of the world under the stringent requirements in EU district.

October 26, 2009, Golden Dragon Bus WVTA Certificate Awarding Ceremony was held in Xiamen Golden Dragon Bus Co., Ltd. Oliver Rothert, the General Manager of the Traffic Service Dept of South China Area, TuV Rheinland Group , attended this ceremony to celebrate this moment specially. Top leadership from Xiamen Golden Dragon Bus Co., Ltd. were at present. The General Manager Ye Hongting accepted this certificate awarded by EU, at this moment, Xiamen Golden Dragon Bus Co., Ltd established a milestone for entering the European market.This is the first WVTA certificate of EU acquired by Chinese coach manufacturer since the new regulation enacted by European Union from April 2009. Meanwhile, this certificate shows that Xiamen Golden Dragon is qualified to design and manufacture the highest level coach of the world.

Golden Dragon bus is the first Chinese coach manufacturer acquiring WVTA of EU, the new regulation enacted by European Union from April 2009. From this moment, the certified buses of Golden Dragon can be sold freely to any EU member states, rather than apply for national certification in each country.
Starting from 2007, Golden Dragon bus has began planning the project to acquire the EU certification and the whole certification process is a learning process. It is not a simple combination of components to go through authentication individually, but focuses on the production consistency and quality control system. It's a comprehensive review over the corporate capacity, product management system and many other stringent requirements.
From the spare parts through sub-tests, sub-certification, until the final certificate to get WVTA of EU, the certified team of Golden Dragon holds the road of study on new regulations and improves persistently under various requirements to ensure the quality of the company's products, including spare parts.
Nowadays, Golden Dragon bus achieved to get the ticket to the European market and will provide more and more high-quality products there. Although it is still a long way to get long-term and stable supply to European countries, we believe we can do better and better.

WVTA is divided into two parts: one is the technical compliance review of products and the other is about the production system, quality management system. In terms of technical review, every sub-test has to comply with the requirements under EU legislation. Then the follow-up you need to check is whether the products maintain consistency to ensure high quality. Golden Dragon's engineers have fully understood the above regulations and it's no problem for them to produce high-quality products.

Highlights of Golden Dragon Bus
2009
-On Oct. 26, Golden Dragon acquired WVTA certificate of EU, it became the1st Chinese coach manufacturer acquiring WVTA.
2008
-In May, China's first complete vehicle body pretreatment and cathode electroporesis primer production line in Golden Dragon wa put into production.
2007

-In August, the company was approved to be the "National Complete Vehicle Export Base Enterprise" by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce of the state and became a base enterprise in complete vehicle production and exportation for China.
